Once your profile is live, BrightHelp connects your listed services and skills with client requests submitted through our system. When a match looks promising, you’ll receive an introduction and can decide whether to move forward with that client.

Yes! Our Agency Plan includes up to 5 VA seats plus shared Workspace folders for internal coordination. Each VA under your plan gets their own listing and BrightHelp access, all under your agency’s umbrella.
Nope! BrightHelp doesn’t touch your client payments. You keep 100% of what you earn. Your membership simply covers the Workspace, visibility, and support systems that make your VA life easier.
